Corporate Policy


Autostrada Asti-Cuneo S.p.A. is always committed to maintaining a high quality of service, working to ensure the end customer has continuity of service, traffic safety, maintenance of infrastructure efficiency, station functionality, traffic assistance and ancillary services.

Autostrada Asti-Cuneo S.p.A. has identified quality indicators to monitor:

  • the structural condition of the pavements;
  • incidents;
  • evaluation of the quality of service perceived by the Client.

Currently, the Quality Management System, in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, certified by CERTIQUALITY S.r.L. – Independent Body, is applied to:

  • design, construction and maintenance of highway infrastructure;
  • provision and management of collection and mobility service;
  • customer assistance at the toll stations and barriers on highway A33.

Further efforts were made to define quality factors and indicators that can be used to characterize the main service components (construction-maintenance, mobility management, information, collection, etc.), in accordance with the “Guidelines for updating Service Charters – AISCAT 2001“.

In the near future, Autostrada Asti-Cuneo S.p.A., in order to guarantee a more precise monitoring of its activities, will implement an Environmental Management System in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 14001 standard, aware of the environmental impact that these activities may have.
