Dear Customer, we are pleased to present to you the Service Charter of Autostrada Asti-Cuneo S.p.A.
The Service Charter has been drawn up, not only to comply with Art. 31 of the Concession Agreement, but also in the belief that it can be an opportunity for internal company growth and valuable communication to those outside the company. A Service Charter as an instrument of management, information, communication of objectives and dialogue with customers.
We trust that this important document may represent a tool for dialoguing with all the users of the infrastructure and may contribute to bringing the Company increasingly closer to its Customers, who will be from now on better informed and more aware of the objective, with men and means, to provide them with the best of services and, given the important role played by the Customers themselves to guarantee an adequate level of service, trusting in their collaboration.
