Road Network Information Services
Asti-Cuneo’s traffic information is accessible to users through the www.asticuneo.it portal, the Variable Message Signs along the route, via the CCISS – Green Wave (https://www.cciss.it/web/cciss) and through the WhatsApp and Telegram messaging platforms.
Thanks to the A33 channel, it is possible to stay up-to-date on traffic conditions, construction sites, closures and reopenings as well as receive useful content for travellers directly from the Asti-Cuneo Operations Centre.
As well as on the site, users can obtain information on traffic and road conditions, parking areas and the nearest service areas, the channels available for requesting help or mechanical or medical assistance in the event of an illness, breakdown or accident on the motorway network, on the toll and the methods allowed for its payment as well as on the channels for requesting any toll reimbursements or compensation by calling the toll-free number 800 840 708 (from Italy) or the landline number with international dialling code +39 011 0886464 (from abroad) active 24 hours a day.
