The service can be reached, from landlines and mobile phones, by dialling 840 708 708, operating daily, including holidays, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Outside this time slot, you can talk directly to the Operations Centres of the motorway concessionary companies in charge of the service.

A connection fee will be charged for the service. Since the connection fee varies depending on the rate plan applied by your mobile/fixed network operator, we recommend that you contact your mobile/fixed network operator for more information.

Autostrada Asti-Cuneo S.p.A. Operations Centre

For emergencies, traffic and weather information along the relevant motorway section, the Operations Centre can be contacted at the toll-free number 800 003 999.

Active 24/7, it monitors the motorway section it is responsible for, liaising and coordinating all the company’s activities along the section, dispatching help in emergency situations and managing road network and traffic information.

It is permanently in contact with the C.O.A. (Motorway Operations Centre) of the Traffic Police, with the Traffic Wardens, and with all other company structures responsible for traffic and safety.

Radio Releases

Information on road network and traffic conditions along the relevant motorway section is promptly communicated by the Asti-Cuneo Motorway Operations Centre to the following radio stations, broadcasting locally in FM mode on the indicated frequencies.

While listening to another radio station, it is possible to obtain automatic switching to traffic news reception, if the appropriate ‘TA’ and ‘TP’ function is activated on your car’s RDS car radio.
