The discounts listed below will be valid from the date of activation until 31 December 2026 and will be calculated on a monthly basis.
Discount types
Electronic toll collection
RULES AND CONDITIONS FOR FREE FLOW 25% AGE – for new electronic toll collection contracts.
All users who open a new electronic toll contract from 5 August 2024 will receive a 25% discount on the toll for each transit made on the route covered by the Asti-Cuneo Free Flow system and will be cumulative with other initiatives.
To be eligible for this promotion, the user must not already be a customer of an electronic toll service provider on 4th august 2024.
To be eligible for this facility, the user must not be the holder of an electronic toll collection contract, related to the Italian highway network, active as of August 4, 2024 and must submit the appropriate Application Form to join the facility. (See the Forms and submission methods provided in relation to the individual Electronic Toll Service Providers participating in the initiative below)
Each time the equipment (PAN) is replaced, the facility membership must be reapplied for with reference to that new equipment (PAN).
ELECTRONIC TOLL SERVICE PROVIDERS IN THE STATE PARTICIPATING IN THE INITIATIVE:
TELEPASS S.p.A.
In order to join the initiative, the user who has entered into a new contract with TELEPASS S.p.A. must download and fill out the Application Form and send it directly to Asti Cuneo, to the mailbox pedaggi@asticuneo.it entering as the subject: “Free Flow initiative application form.”
UNIPOLTECH S.p.A.
In order to join the initiative, the user who has entered into a new contract with UnipolMove must download and fill out the Application Form and send it to the mailbox scontoasticuneo@unipolmove.it entering as subject: “Free Flow Initiative Application Form.”
Conto Targa
RULES AND CONDITIONS FOR FREE FLOW 20% AGE – for activation payment by license plate account.
All users who activate a Conto Targa from 5 August 2024 will get a 20% discount on the toll for each transit made on the Asti-Cuneo Free Flow system section.
Local concessions
In accordance with specific urban requirements, local routes in Alba and Asti will not be subject to tolls and will remain free to use even after September 1. In particular, the Alba ring road and the Asti – Isola d’Asti motorway section will remain free to use for all those traveling exclusively within the local area. From midnight on October 14, as agreed with the MIT, toll payments between Roddi and Alba Ovest have been suspended. This suspension will remain in effect until the functional completion of the infrastructure in the Roddi-Alba Ovest-Cherasco segment.
From midnight on December 31, 2025, with the activation of portal H, toll concessions will be applied to users passing under portal 8 to reach/leave the “Michele e Pietro Ferrero” hospital in Verduno.
