Autostrada Asti-Cuneo S.p.A. has promoted and implemented, both internally and in the performance of its activities, rules and ethical principles of conduct which have characterized relations with staff and third parties and which, more generally, characterize the performance of the company’s activities, in compliance with the

provisions of Legislative Decree 231/2001 “Regulations governing the administrative liability of legal entities, companies and associations, including those without legal status, pursuant to art. 11 of Law on September 29, 2000, no. 300“.
